Yes it's me again...
Catherine still has
not left the hospital
long enough to get
to a computer and
post to the blog. So
I'll catch you up on
what's been going
on with our little
Diva. Well she's a
little over 8lbs 2.50z
now.

Catherine is now able
to nurse her. The first
time was on Memorial
Day. Sofia took to it
very well and wanted more!
She still being
feed by bottle
65ml and gets
65ml thru her
NG tube. But
hopefully it will
all be Mommy
soon. We had
a scare yesterday,
after one of her
x-rays they had
to do a sonogram
of sorts because
they thought her
right diaphram

may be paralyzed.
Turns out a nerve
was swollen. Thank
the Lord. So now
we need to get the
staph infection cleared
up and her nursing
and or bottle feeding
and we're on our way
home! Other news
Daddy had to go back
to Georgia for work,
please keep him in
your prayers. It's
hard for him to be so far away from his little sweetheart, but he calls
her everyday. Also we've heard good news from Super Baby Audrey,
she's doing so well! So check out her blog as well as our other babies.
I'd like to welcome the Akars, Aytekin & Emel from Ankara, Turkey.
They are also expecting a CDH baby. You can join them on their journey
at ayem06.blogspot.com. Please add them to your prayers and welcome
them to our growing family. Is'nt it amazing that no matter the distance
between us how close we feel to each other. God indeed does work
in wonderfully, mysterious ways. Oh! I also wanted to tell you that
I finally got to hold my lovely grand daughter for the first time! I'm
completely hers, what more can I say?! Catherine also let me help
her bathe Sofia, I think Grandma Beth will get that honor tonight.
The photos are of Sofie in her Memorial Day outfit, kisses from
Daddy and bathtime with Mommy. Check out her other photos
if you like. I'll let you go for now, Cat sends her love. As always
pray for our babies and angels. God Bless and good night.
Love,
Yvonne

Our first job is to look at your blog, when we start computer. We are so curious about advances after her surgery. At that time we see little adorable face of Sofia, we feel great hope about our condition too. She is a big source of hope for us really. In adition, thanks a lot for announcement for our blog and our demands for prayers.

Uncle Tavo looks so proud!!
Hi Yvonne--I (along with my daughter and her family) have been following your blog since before Sofia was born. She has done amazing and we are all so happy for you all. Just a few small steps before she is home! I know the roller coaster ride you have been on because my Kylie (http://spaces.msn.com/CJKDudley) was CDH and in the hospital for awhile. So glad you finally got to hold her. Just know we are thinking of you all and continue to pray for a steady recovery
