Sofia was diagnosed with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) in November 2005 at about 19 weeks gestation. Hi, i just want to let you know that your little girl is so beautiful and i am so proud of you both when i read your blog, it is like going back and remembering Eliza-Rose in hospital.When you know they are turning the corner and the thought of taking your baby home becomes real and making plans for the future are enjoyable. Sofia is an amazing little girl who has fought so hard to be with you all she is a credit to you and your family.
