Congratulations to the Miller family on the birth of their beautiful daughter, Audrey! She weighed in at 8lbs 8oz and is in stable condition at last report this evening. Please say a special prayer for Audrey and her mommy Jenn. Go to Audreys link to view photos of her and to read more on her first day and journey to this point. As for Sofia, she is doing wonderfully well. We found out that the hole in her diaphram was small enough that they could stitch it together and not use a patch. She's hardly been sedated at all today and seems reasonably comfortable. She was taken off nitric oxide today and her 02 is down to 28. They removed one of her umbilical lines and may start central line tomorrow. She was also given a pacifier with a bit cut out to fit around her tube. She looks adorable with it and her big pink bow and teddy bear slippers. They want to try feeding her breast milk in the next couple of days and also told Catherine that she may be able to hold her next week. All around this has been a good day. Once again HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUDREY GOD BLESS YOU SWEET BABY. Thank you for your continued support and prayers for all our babies. God Bless & good night.
Love,
Yvonne
