Children's MIracle Network

Nothing new to report, they are slowly increasing Sofia's nursing and bottle feeds! Once all of her feeds are by bottle and nursing she can go home, right now she is at four feeds out of eight! Her eye is doing much better and will be tested again this week to see if the infection has been cleared up!
Just a reminder that the Children's Miracle Network Telethon is on tonight on channel 3 NBC, we believe it starts at 6:00 pm, this is local time and channel. Catherine and Sofia and another CDH baby Jaylyn and her mom Melody will be on when they cut to the local stations showing them in the NICU at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital. They have already showed a preview of it on a local show called San Antonio Living, if you have on demand you can watch this show again, it is on channel 989 and click to the living show and then scroll down to friday's show it will come up about twenty minutes into the show. Please just remember to give what you can anything will be appreciated to help out this wonderful hospital, they are a non-profit organization and this is the only way they get money to pay for the equipment they use to help out our babies!
I would like to take a moment to thank all of the doctor's and nurses who have worked on and helped my beautiful baby to get where she is, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Sofia is praying you will give to help out other babies like her to get better!! Catherine could not make it home today to post so she asked me to post and make sure everyone watches the Children's Miracle Network and to update how Sofia is doing! Sofia get's more beautiful everyday and has the most precious smile, we all love her very much and can't wait to get her home!! Thanks again to you all who have prayed and sent your wonderful thoughts to Catherine and Sofia! Hope you all have a blessed Day!
