34 Weeks!

Today I had one of my weekly appointments and everything seems to be okay. Sofia measured at about 5lbs 10oz! I really think she is going to be close to an 8 pounder! I have been a little under the weather for about 5 days and so I lost a few pounds from last week. The doc today finally prescribed me some cough medicine that should help me get over this and help me to get some sleep! I am having a ton of Braxton Hicks Contractions and that kinda worried my Doctor some. They aren't the "real" contractions yet, but I was having them about a minute apart and that lasts about 20 minutes each time. But, he said as long as I have a break between some of them and they are not steady then we should be okay. My next appointment is next Monday, so we will see what happens then.

Congratulations to Kimberly and Adam in Houston. Kimberly had baby Jackson last Sunday, March 5. Jackson did have to be placed on ECMO about 12 hours after birth, but he seems to be well. Lauren and her unborn baby Avery, from Canada, are doing fine. Overdue, but fine. Lauren was due yesterday, but has had nothing happen. At her appointment today they told her that they will induce her on Thursday unless something happens earlier. Jenn and her unborn baby girl Audrey are doing well. She is due in May. I have added links to their blogs if you would like to keep up on their progress. Again, please keep these babies and all CDH in your prayers.
